1. Representative Presence During Service
To ensure smooth service delivery, we request that clients have a representative present at the premises while services are being rendered. This allows for effective communication, oversight, and ensures that specific requests are addressed promptly.
2. No Unauthorized Agreements
Any agreements made directly with staff, without the company’s knowledge or approval, are invalid and undertaken at your own risk. TidyWave Domestic Services will not be held liable for any outcomes arising from such agreements.
3. Issue Resolution
Should any concerns or issues arise during or after service delivery, please report them directly to TidyWave Domestic Services. We are committed to addressing all concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Weekend Scheduling and Rates
Weekend rates may vary depending on the volume of requests received. Clients are advised to book in advance to secure preferred slots and avoid peak pricing.
5. Service Duration
Our standard service duration is 4 hours per session.
Multiple Services: If multiple services are booked (e.g., cleaning and laundry), the duration may be extended, or additional sessions may be scheduled.
Custom Packages: For clients requiring extended hours or additional staff, customized packages can be arranged. Please contact us for tailored solutions.
6. Payment and Scheduling
Payments must be made in advance to confirm bookings.
Allow 2 to 4 business days after payment for us to assign the most suitable staff member based on your specific needs, location, and preferred timing.
Scheduling changes should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees.
7. Deep Cleaning Packages
All deep cleaning packages include thorough cleaning of specified areas. Detailed descriptions of what each package covers can be found on our service page or by contacting us directly.
8. Liability
TidyWave Domestic Services takes utmost care in delivering high-quality services. However, we are not responsible for:
Damages caused by pre-existing conditions in the property or its contents.
Losses resulting from failure to follow these terms.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
